These Terms and Conditions of Purchase and Service Provision (hereinafter – Terms) are a binding legal document that defines the rights and obligations between you as the buyer (hereinafter – Client) and UAB Solution4U, company code 307113854, VAT code LT100017691512, address Konstitucijos pr. 15-24, Vilnius, email info@solution4u.lt, phone +37060081322 (hereinafter – Seller), as well as the conditions for purchasing goods, payment, delivery, returns, and other matters when shopping in the online store located at www……………… (hereinafter – E-shop).
Important: Before using the E-shop or purchasing goods, please carefully read these Terms. Each time you place an order, you agree to comply with these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws of the Republic of Lithuania. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the E-shop.
PART 1. GENERAL PROVISIONS AND ACCOUNT
1.1. The following persons have the right to use the E-shop and conclude purchase–sale agreements (hereinafter – Agreement):
- natural persons who have reached the age of majority and whose legal capacity is not restricted;
- legal entities acting through authorized representatives.
1.2. When creating an account in the E-shop, you are responsible for the security of your login details. You may not transfer your account or login information to third parties. All activities carried out using your account are considered your responsibility.
1.3. You undertake to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information (name, surname, email address, delivery address, payment details, etc.). The Seller shall not be liable for losses resulting from inaccurate or incorrect information provided by you.
PART 2. CONCLUSION OF THE SALES CONTRACT AND PRODUCTS
2.1. Product descriptions and photos in the E-shop are provided for informational purposes. The Seller has made every effort to ensure that colors, dimensions, and other characteristics are displayed as accurately as possible. However, due to differences in device screens, settings, or other technical factors, the actual colors or appearance of the products may slightly differ from those displayed.
2.2. Both new and used products may be offered in the E-shop.
2.3. Product descriptions, prices, and assortment may be changed without prior notice. The Seller reserves the right to discontinue the sale of any product at any time.
2.4. The purchase–sale agreement between the Client and the Seller is considered concluded from the moment the Client forms a shopping cart in the E-shop (by selecting a standard product or customized service), provides all required information, selects a payment method, confirms that they have read these Terms, and pays for the ordered goods/services.
2.5. After receiving the order and payment, the Seller sends the Client an automatic order confirmation email. If the Seller cannot fulfill the order due to important reasons, the Seller undertakes to immediately inform the Client and refund the payment.
PART 3. PRICES, PAYMENT, AND DELIVERY
3.1. Prices of goods and services in the E-shop are indicated in euros including VAT (UAB Solution4U is a VAT payer, VAT code LT100017691512). Shipping, customs duties, or other fees are not included in the price and will be clearly indicated during checkout before confirming the purchase.
3.2. The Client undertakes to pay for goods/services using one of the payment methods offered in the E-shop. You guarantee that the payment information provided is true, accurate, and that you have the right to use the indicated payment instruments.
3.3. Shipping and delivery:
- Goods are delivered to the Client via a courier or shipping service selected by the Seller.
- Delivery times are preliminary estimates. The Seller is not responsible for delivery delays caused by third parties (couriers, customs authorities) or circumstances beyond the Seller’s control (force majeure).
- Once the goods are handed over to the shipping carrier, the risk of loss transfers to the Client.
PART 4. WARRANTY AND RIGHT OF RETURN
4.1. The Client purchasing goods has the right to withdraw from the distance sales contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery without providing a reason.
4.2. To exercise this right (for standard products), the Client must notify the Seller in writing (by email to info@solution4u.lt) of their decision to return the goods, providing a clear statement.
4.3. Returned standard goods must:
- be in the original, undamaged packaging;
- be unused, undamaged, and retain their original commercial appearance (except for changes necessary to inspect the product);
- include all labels and proof of purchase.
4.4. The cost of returning standard goods is paid by the Client (consumer).
4.5. After receiving the returned goods and evaluating their condition, the Seller undertakes to refund the amount paid by the Client within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receiving the notice of withdrawal, but not earlier than the goods are returned to the Seller.
PART 5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
5.1. All content of the E-shop, including texts, photos, logos, design, trademarks, and software, is the intellectual property of UAB Solution4U, its affiliates, or licensors and is protected by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania and international intellectual property laws.
5.2. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content of the E-shop for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of the Seller.
PART 6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND APPLICABLE LAW
6.1. The Seller shall not be liable for losses resulting from technical failures of the E-shop or services provided by third parties (e.g., payment operators, internet providers).
6.2. These Terms and all obligations arising from them are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
6.3. Any disputes arising from these Terms or related to purchases in the E-shop shall be resolved through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Republic of Lithuania according to the Seller’s registered office address (Vilnius), unless the consumer has the right under law to apply to the court of their place of residence.
6.4. In order to protect their rights as a consumer, the Client may also contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (VVTAT) or use the Online Dispute Resolution platform (ODR platform, ec.europa.eu).
PART 7. FINAL PROVISIONS
7.1. The Seller reserves the right to review and update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect from the day they are published in the E-shop. The Terms valid at the time of placing the order apply to the Client.
