Refund policy

1.1. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase–sale agreement within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receiving the product and return goods of satisfactory quality.

1.2. In order to return a product of satisfactory quality, the Buyer must inform the Seller by email and complete a return form, which will be sent upon request by contacting info@solution4u.lt. The product must be sent back no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt.

1.3. The Buyer is responsible for properly packaging the product for return. The Buyer covers the cost of returning the goods unless the Seller specifies otherwise.

1.4. Products must be returned to the following address:

1.5. The refund for returned goods, including the original delivery cost, will be transferred after the Seller inspects and confirms that the product is in proper condition.

1.6. The funds will be returned to the bank account provided by the Buyer.

1.7. If the refund cannot be processed due to incorrect details provided by the Buyer or other reasons attributable to the Buyer, the Seller shall not be considered in breach of its obligations.

1.8. The returned product must meet the following requirements:
       1.8.1. be in the original or other proper packaging;
       1.8.2. be undamaged;
       1.8.3. be unused, with its original appearance unchanged, including all labels and protective elements (except in the case of defective goods);
       1.8.4. be complete with all parts.

1.9. If the product does not meet these conditions, the Seller has the right not to accept the return and not to issue a refund.
