Shipping policy

1. General Provisions
By placing an order, you confirm that you have read the delivery rules and agree to comply with them. These rules define the delivery procedures, timeframes, and responsibilities.

2. Delivery Methods

  • Courier - delivery to the address you specify.
  • Parcel lockers - delivery to the selected parcel locker (LT-EE-LV).
  • International shipping - carried out via FedEx.

3. Delivery Time

  • Standard dispatch time: 1-4 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

4. Shipping Cost
Shipping cost depends on the selected delivery method, as well as the size and weight of the item. The exact amount is displayed before confirming the order.

5. Responsibility

Seller:

  • Complies with the established delivery deadlines.
  • Is responsible for the safety of the goods until they are handed over to the courier.
  • If the delivery is delayed due to the Seller’s fault, the Buyer may cancel the order and receive a refund.

Buyer:

  • Must provide correct delivery information.
  • Must accept the goods at the time of delivery.
  • Must inspect the package upon receipt and immediately inform the courier if any damage is noticed.
  • When goods are shipped to foreign countries where customs duties, import VAT, or other import-related taxes may apply, the Buyer agrees to pay these costs at their own expense. The Seller is not responsible for any additional taxes or charges that may be applied by the customs authorities or other institutions in the recipient’s country.
