Kambo Kombucha Tea Mushroom (SCOBY) is a healthy and live kombucha culture designed for making natural kombucha drinks at home. This culture ensures a high-quality fermentation process, allowing you to easily create a refreshing, probiotic-rich beverage.
Ingredients:
200 ml of kombucha culture (tea mushroom).

Preparation Instructions:

Pour 600 ml of hot water (about 85 °C) over 18 g of green tea and let it steep for about 20 minutes.

Remove the tea leaves, add 100 g of sugar, and stir until dissolved.

Pour 1 L of cold water into the sweetened tea. The total temperature should not exceed 30 °C.

Add 200 ml of kombucha culture to the prepared tea with sugar. Cover with a cheesecloth.

Store in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight
After a few days, you will notice a film forming on the surface – the kombucha mushroom is beginning to grow.

Leave it for 10–14 days, until the pH reaches approximately 3.4.

Once ready, you can dilute the kombucha with freshly prepared tea to taste, adding sugar as desired.

Store at room temperature for 1–2 days before drinking. Enjoy!
