The Everjuno matcha whisk is a traditional and functional tool for perfect matcha preparation .

The whisk is made of 100 carefully shaped bamboo bristles , which allow the matcha powder to be whipped evenly, without lumps, resulting in a soft, creamy texture and light foam.

• Consumption

  Before use, briefly soak the whisk in warm water - this will soften the bamboo bristles and protect them from breakage.

  Place half a teaspoon of matcha powder (about 1 g) in a bowl. Add 80–100 ml of hot (not boiling) water – about 70–80 °C.

  Holding the whisk vertically, whisk the matcha in quick W-shaped motions until the powder is completely dissolved and a light, creamy foam forms.

  After use, wash the whisk with warm water only, do not use detergents. Leave to dry naturally, preferably with the bristles down or on a special holder.

  Properly maintained, the Everjuno matcha whisk will last a long time and ensure a flawless matcha preparation ritual.
